5/5 Had a wonderful time staying at this condo. As represented in VRBO. Beautiful view. Very convenient to beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Definitely would come back. If you have mobility issues, might not be for you. Multiple flights of stairs and no elevator.

4/5 Our stay was really enjoyable. The property was very clean and accommodating outside being on 3rd floor so lot steps. The location was great but there was a band all weekend at Sea Witch, which went till midnight. Not ideal with small kids.

Carolina Beach Adult Trip
5/5 Our stay was really great! The property manager Virginia was amazing! She kept me informed and promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had during our stay. The condo exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was prime too. You are close to EVERYTHING within walking distance. The boardwalk, bars and restaurants where all close enough to walk to. The only thing I would advise you on before booking would be the stairs without and elevator for those who have problems with mobility. It wasn't a problem for us though. We throughly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Friends getaway
4/5 My friend and I loved our weekend here. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was clean with extra comfy beds! The taco stand next door was rather loud but we managed to sleep with provided fans and sound machines:) The condo units are definitely old and in need of outdoor updating, but once inside that's forgotten! The property manager was the best - easy to contact, kind, and very accommodating!

From the owner: "Thanks, Ashley! The outsides of the condo buildings have been damaged over this past year by storms and repairs are in the making. New deck railings are up and the outside of all buildings are due to be repaired and painted. Glad you enjoyed your visit!"
beach retreat
4/5 We enjoyed our stay at this location. The retreat was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. After going up and down the stairs a few times we could have used some elevators, hard to carry everything making several trips to the room. But that was the only thing we didn't like.
