Great family beach rental
5/5 House was very clean and location was great. Property management company was very easy to work with. Owner was very accomodating and available all the time. Made the stress of Christmas away from home so much easier. I woukd recommend this rental especially for families and pet owners and know where I can stay in the future !

Great host and great stay
5/5 Everything went very good at the house. We really appreciated all the communication with the host. She was very attentive and listened to our comments for fixing things that weren't perfect. The house is amazing. We had our 3 dogs and were concerned about bothering the neighbors, but there was no need for concern. The neighborhood was very friendly.

Just ok
2/5 The Property is certainly not “New†as advertised. The condition of the walls makes it look run down. The Master bathroom toilet was not clean upon arrival. There was a black ring inside of the toilet. To be fair to the property owners I did not complain to them about this I just cleaned it myself. The master bed was hard as a brick. The worst thing was the 30 steps you have to walk up to get to the master bed room. I'm in physical therapy for my back and knees so this was truly torture!
