  Was called by the property manager regarding the weight of our preapproved pets. Was told I had to leave. So I reserved another location. Within 10 hours of making that reservation the property manager called me back and said it was OK for me to stay. I could not retrieve a full refund so I lost an additional $430 There were multiple sightings of pets heavier than mine. If there’s anyway I can receive a refund that would be much appreciated and would go a long way with my future business

  Hi Sean, we apologize for any miscommunication on our part, however, since your stay we have since confirmed that we did not receive any notification that you would be bringing any pets with you during your stay. We encourage guests to reach out to the Guest Contact or Evolve to add their pet to the reservation so that we are fully aware, and the pet fee can be applied to the reservation as applicable.

• Perfect Place

  This was a perfect little place for us to stay for our family of 4. It had great access to the beach, comfortable beds, it was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The whole process with booking, checking in and out was so easy and simple. The only issues we had were the back door didn’t lock, 2 kitchen lights were out and there was only 1 parking pass ( which we only needed one). We will definitely come back and book this place again.

  Disappointed, odor from couches, smell from cigarettes, closet in kids room two top drawers were broken, blinds in both rooms had few broken, odor from water or rain, not sure, walls were dirty too, hair from animals

  We don't allow smoking at the condo, so we are sorry to hear that the previous guests did not respect that rule. We will address all the items you mentioned to make sure there won't be any concerns moving forward.

  We were in the area for a beach vacation and my daughters wedding. Property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for 3 adults and our pet. Quiet family atmosphere.
