The views are amazing and it's easy access. House was clean, furniture was comfortable. We spent most of our time sitting on the deck and taking in the amazing views, so relaxing. Neighbors are very friendly. Property is very well taking care off. We enjoyed our daily walks on the trail. I would recommend to replace the washer/dryer combo. It works, but old. We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Hope to be back one day.
The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 and could have handled some additional guests comfortably. The living room was very comfortable with a really nice big TV where the family watched some evening football games after adventuring all day. The kitchen had everything we needed along with a large selection of spices and other cooking essentials that are usually not present. The little tv in the kitchen was perfect for watching some Premier League soccer in the morning while making breakfast. Each bedroom and loft had thier own bathrooms and there was a half bath in the kitchen. The bedrooms also had TVs. It was just a perfect setup and everything was very nice and clean. The front porch was very comfortable and the hot tub was excellent for relaxing with mountain views after some long hiking days.We often pick cabins up in the mountains with great views. This cabin was situated lower on the mountain than we normally look for but how it was situated in this particular valley was perfect. The views were amazing and it was cool to see the open, undeveloped land below the house. Great sunset views and we got great views of the lunar eclipse as we departed early Tuesday morningThe stairs down to the grill, swing, and firepit area was a nice touch and the access to Pisgah National Forrest and the Blue Ridge Parkway made it the perfect location to take-off on adventures. We have stayed in a lot of mountain cabins around the country and this one was definitely at the top of the list. We will definitely try and book this place again if/when we return to the Asheville area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house very clean and thoughtfully decorated, and with more than enough space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking meals in very easy. The hot tub was just the right size and very welcomed after a long day of hiking. The back porch offered a great place for morning coffee with comfortable furniture and stunning views . The only issue we had was the condition of the driveway. It is very steep and not paved, and we found it difficult to climb. However, after some trial and error, we figured it out. We hope to stay here again in the future.
This home was absolutely perfect for our stay near Asheville. We wanted to have some privacy and feel like we were truly on vacation. This house could not have fit the bill any better. We were close enough to plenty of things we needed yet far enough away from any hustle and bustle. We were interested in hiking and fly fishing and this location was in the perfect spot for all of that. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. We actually kept calling it "home" when we were out because it felt that comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. We will certainly be booking this home again! The one thing I would be more specific about is the driveway. It was fairly steep and not paved. We were driving a SUV and were very glad we brought that and not my husband's sedan because we might not have made it up the driveway in the sedan. It would have been best with 4WD or AWD. Besides that, I couldn't imagine a better place to get away!

The house was more than we expected. the views were exceptional. it was nice to have coffee and other condiments provided which was unexpected but was nice as we didn't have to buy a bunch of items like that for our short stay. the driveway can be a bit intimidating at first but is fine if take it easy.
