The description said 3 miles to Sunset Beach. But it was a 20 minute drive to my job site. Too far.

Kinda average.
4/5 The property was good but needs some attention. There were no hand towels in the kitchen to dry your hands or pots and pans after washing. The noise from neighbors walking on the floors upstairs was unexpected. The pillows on the bed could be upgraded. The view from the deck was pleasant.
