Enjoyed Our Stay!
5/5 Enjoyed our stay. House was awesome! we really enjoyed having the grill and hanging out on the big deck out back.
Beautiful Property
5/5 February- Our 8pm drive there felt a little spooky but once we got to the property it was beautiful. The next morning we got to see the beauty of the surroundings - the house is clean and beautifully decorated and has everything a guest might need. The hosts thought of every age group while stocking up the house. Our group consisted mainly of late teens and they had a fun time in the basement media/game room. We enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood and went skiing one day. The closest grocery store is about 10 miles away. Would love to come back here in the summer.

Perfectly perfect
5/5 This home was amazing. Very clean with a fun floor plan. Hide and seek for hours! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need which made life easy as we were sowed in for a day. I highly recommend this home. We were pleasantly surprised the pictures sold us but the actual house exceeded what the pictures show. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

Graduation Weekend & Family Christmas
5/5 This was a fantastic house for our gathering. We were celebrating Fall Graduation at MHU and decided to combine it with an early Christmas gathering. This house was stocked with every cooking item you can imagine and was well stocked for our party of 10-14. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. If you have a student at Mars Hill this is a fantastic base for a large group.

Could be better
1/5 Our stay was our group constantly had a problem with not having hot water the showers had low pressure or had no hot water to take a shower. Other than that the house has a little strange layout, the grill wasn't particularly clean. I probably wouldn't rent it again.

- We wish you would've reached out about the water pressure and temperature during your stay. Our policy is to always have maintenance staff respond within a reasonable time when any maintenance issues are reported. The concern has been addressed, and all pressure and temperature are functioning properly.
- We're sorry the layout did not meet your personal preference.
- The grill is cleaned before each guest's arrival and documented by the cleaning staff to ensure that the home is fully cleaned and prepared for each stay.
The owners do all they can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy guests!
