    After staying in over a dozen properties this was the most equipped kitchen I have ever encountered! It was an amazing property and would stay again. It is close to town, so very convenient. I do want to provide a few comments for if you are mobility challenged. The main floor bath is a shower/tub with no handrail, so I had to be driven around back to use one of the showers downstairs. No bathroom had a handrail in the shower or tub (easy fix and little money for them to do.) The pictures made it appear one of the showers was on the main floor. Bathrooms did have an ADA height toilet. There is plenty of room to maneuver in the house with a wheelchair or walker.

    Really enjoyed the cabin and it’s perfect location. Very clean and well layer out. One issue was the first floor bedroom mattress needs replaced. Otherwise awesome cabin. Will definitely stay again. Check out the burger bar just off the mountain

    In over a dozen years of renting homes for trips, I have never encountered a kitchen as equipped as this one. All three couples were gonna buy their toaster/toaster oven when they got home. The setup is perfect for families or couples so each could have privacy. View was beautiful. It rained all but one day, but there was still plenty to do. The ramp to get in is great if you can’t use stairs. If you are handicap, the upstairs bath is shower/tub with no grab bar, so bring a suction cup one with you. The toilet is ADA height, but there is no grab bar there either. It is close to sink though, if you only need a little leverage. There are showers downstairs, but your suction cup grab bar will not work on the tile. However, there is only one step to get in and it is big enough for someone to go in and help you. You can drive around back on the gravel drive to get to lower level with the showers.

    Property was conveniently located. Somewhat secluded but 10 minutes to BC. We were very comfortable with our stay but the place could use some area rugs to reduce echo, additional blankets on the beds, and lamps for better night reading in the living room. Ice machine was broken and propane fire pit wasn’t working. In spite of this we would stay there again. If you rent this property take the drive to Alarka Falls…it won’t disappoint!!
