Nice but needs a few updates
4/5 The place was clean and in a great location. The king bed needs a new mattress, the shower needs more water pressure and the kitchen needs better cookware and leftover containers. Everything we cooked stuck to the pans.

First Vacation in Smokie Mountains
5/5 After looking at so many cabins to rent, we decided on this cabin. Wow we made the right choice. Great communication with property owners. Cabin was clean when we checked in.Property was amazing. Me and my wife had a nice relaxing time. We'll be back again.

Relax Vacation
5/5 The cabin was amazing,had everything you needed.Clean inside and outside of property.Owner was very helpful.Bryson city and Cherokee had everything you need.Me my wife had a great relaxing time.It was our first cabin rental.After so many choices this cabin was the best,price was reasonable .We will be back.
Nice and Cozy but very surprised!
3/5 The location was close to town but it was freezing when we showed up and the smell could be improved. The couch and bed were uncomfortable. There were nice things like the washer and dryer, TV and Hot tub. The hot tub was very bleechy but that was ok with us. I didn't realize there was like, what seemed to be a homeless camp,right next door! I was so uncomfortable with that that I didn't enjoy the last day of our trip.

- Thank you for mentioning the items you found nice like the washer and dryer, TV, and the hot tub
- We're sorry about the neighbors, but in Western NC Mountains there is no zoning so the neighbors have the right to do as they please. They may not be neat but they are not a homeless camp
- The couch and living room recliners are brand new, purchased in December 2022
- While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences
- The cabin has central heat, plus a gas fireplace that will quickly heat the cabin to 85F if needed, we wish you had reached out if you needed assistance
- We do not use bleach in the hot tub, it is sanitized with Bromine, and it can be a bit strong, we're sorry for the inconvenience

5/5 We had a wonderful time at the cabin...so good we didn't want to leave! The front porch with hot overlooks a creek, it's quiet and serene, and perfect for stargazing! Located just outside Bryson City it is ideally located to restaurants, hiking trails, and shops. Loved our time there! A perfect way to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary! Thank you!
