• Bad Leak/ Questionable cleanliness

  The location of this property was great! Beautiful area off of the parkway. However, we ran into a few issues during our stay. For starters, I will say that the VRBO host, Shelly, not responsive whatsoever. We called the host a number of times during our stay with no answer. We called when the projector was not working. No answer. A second time when there was dried animal feces found under the dining room table (not a mouse. Think cat or small dog). We did not have animals with us. A third time when the downstairs bathroom was leaking from the ceiling and the light fixture. The ceiling was so saturated that the pipe was showing through the softened ceiling. This leak had to off been an on going KNOWN issue. Because of the softened ceiling that bathroom was not safe to enter for the duration of the stay. All of these issues and the property host did not answer one time. We eventually were able to get ahold of Evolve Property Management, I spoke with Cynthia who was very helpful but at the end of the day she had trouble getting a hold of the property host as well and there was only so much that she could do. Would NOT recommend staying here as this house needs a large repair to be safe. Especially with kiddos around.

• Plenty of Space for all

  We had a blast. The property was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous views, fireplace at the end of the deep tub was a bonus. Very easy for a large family to have space to breathe. Will definitely be back!

  Lots of issues with the house. Roof leaked on the bed while one friend was sleeping. Owner never returned communication when I reached out. Don’t stay here!

  This property was very clean and comfortable. It’s style is 80’s but maintained with modern conveniences. We asked ahead about odors and fireplaces as we knew it was predicting snow. Property mngr was going to check on the fireplaces. Upon arrival the fridge was spotless and odor free. The fireplaces DO NOT WORK. If the heat went out we were in trouble. We brought a newborn along, it was his intro to family, after everyone quarantined!We called ahead and inquired if we would get plowed if necessary. We never got plowed out completely. Our guys helped shovel vehicles, the property manager shoveled the end of the drive. The walkway to the parked cars wasn’t shoveled. We called ahead!!!We could NOT leave at 10 am of last reserved day. We washed all the removed sheets and towels we needed and stayed 27 extra HOURS. This rating becomes hard. If “working fireplaces” were not in the listing it would have a great overall rating. It was disappointing to be assured of things that were not carried through.Screen projector worked wonderful with some tech savvy finesse!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Owners should change the listing.

• Wonderful house!!

  We had 5 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room in this massive home. Very clean and had beautiful views. We had no problems at all! Just a few mins drive into town. We would stay here again!! I highly recommend this home!
