nice place great location
5/5 Really nice house with three bedrooms and walking distance to the beach. Perfect location right across the street from the doubletree. Can walk to restaurants and bars.

Visiting newly married daughter and husband.
5/5 What a great time we had. David's house was very nice. It was exceptionally clean. We only used the downstairs but 2 other bedrooms were up stairs and an additional bathroom with shower. We made several home cooked meals for the kids and some of their friends. The charcoal grill was fantastic, and the kitchen was well stocked! The neighborhood was very quiet. We never locked the house or our car during our stay. Thank you for opening your home to us.

A GREAT GETAWAY
5/5 Everything was absolutely great .From Dave which was the property host was awesome .The House was clean The perfect location and the perfect size ..Everything that was promised to be included in this rental was at our fingertips. Would recommend this property and VRBO to Anyone were looking forward to staying again .

5/5 The cottage was cozy and perfect for our family of 6. No issues. Dave was so friendly and accommodating. Perfect area and great location. Can’t wait to stay again.
Atlantic Beach Stay
4/5 The place was spacious enough for my family of 5. The yard was big and it’s a very quiet area. 3 minute walk to the beach and to Mollys a fun little bar with the best fried chicken sandwich. It’s very residential so having a vehicle is a must to get anywhere. The back deck was nice to hangout at the end of the day but it does get hot and if it’s raining you’re limited since there’s no awning. There’s no dishwasher and the appliances are outdated same as the smaller upstairs bathroom. No access to a washer and dryer but we didn’t need it; would’ve been nice to use for wet beach towels. We seen birds, frogs and turtles in the backyard but we did have roaches and small millipedes in the house (was not a fan). Would visit the area again, would stay again if there was an awning on the back deck, washer/dryer access and less bugs in the house. But of course it’s the south, bugs are inevitable. Overall good time had by all !
