3/5 The area around the house was not safe. The living area and kitchen needed blinds as everyone could see into the house. The backyard was not maintained the grass was overgrown. The front door was not sealed as bugs were crawling in. The towels needed to be replaced as they smelled of mildew. The bedrooms was big and had large beds. The bottom lock did not work on the main door.

Convenient location
5/5 The house was nice. Accomodated our group of 8 well. We spent more time at the house due to the extremely cold weather than we originally planned. We did have an inconvenient experience with the door knob simply falling off one of the bathroom doors. We let the host know, but no one came to fix it as we were there over the weekend. The kitchen is well stocked as far as dishes and utensils. The major complaint was the uncomfortable sofa in the living area. Otherwise, the house was perfect for our group ranging from 12 to 72 years of age.

Great location!
4/5 Overall the house was great! Location to everything in Asheville was great- no more than 15 minutes for us to get anywhere we needed to go. The house was clean and very inviting. Two small things that would have made the stay 5 stars - TV options and bathroom linens. There wasn't regular cable for tv watching but instead the TV's in the bedroom were smart TV's so we had to to log in to our own streaming services (I think Amazon was the only option that they had logged into for us). The TV in the main common area had a Apple TV but seemed as it was an older version and we couldn't get any apps to watch TV so that was a bummer!
The towels that were available for showering were less than stellar. They were not nearly big enough for an average adult so made that part of the stay pretty disappointing. Would recommend bringing your own towels if at all possible!
