20th annual winter friend-cation
5/5 Everything was as expected. It's in a safe area (across from a school and a fantastic breakfast spot). It's a walkable distance from almost all shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy and everything we needed was available. Kids and adults appreciated the games (shuffleboard- does need a rake). Two parking areas is always appreciated. We had a little electrical scare, but we were able to find the issue and John got back to us immediately. We would stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property to friends and family.

Small board meeting
5/5 It was great! The home is very clean and bright. The kitchen is roomy with new appliances and good work space. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. Parking was good and adequate for three vehicles to park off the street.
