Nice little place
4/5 Very adequate cottage stayed over a week longer very comfortable and well appointed for Two people
Good Location, Comfortable
4/5 The rental was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the scent from the laundry detergent and fabric softener as they were very strong and not pleasant. The bed was comfortable.
Visiting family
3/5 The location was good. A short walk from Broadway. But the neighbors next door were very messy. Cars in front yard, junk laying around. The backyard was not mowed (grass was very tall). Might consider a new mattress.

- The town recently had a natural disaster, which caused extensive flooding, and may have impacted regular maintenance of yards at the time of your stay
- While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past
