Montana perfection!
5/5 This was an awesome home-away-from-home for our family trip. The house was comfy, cozy, and perfect for our needs. The property is great and fun to explore, especially when covered in snow! Add to that the surrounding scenery, and it’s hard to think of a better place. Our hosts were amazing and made us feel like visiting family instead of random strangers. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Beautiful, Scenic Spot in Livingston
5/5 W had an amazing stay at the McNivens Ranch for a nearby family wedding. The McNivens Ranch is a truly special place - equally for the history that the property holds as well as for its beauty. We all enjoyed the peaceful setting, the river (with a great swim spot) and the comforts of the guest house, all of which made for a fantastic stay.
