Cozy private home w/ convenient location
4/5 This house is very lovely and we enjoyed our stay here. The amenities were great and we would consider staying here again. We also met the owner who was very kind, friendly, and helpful. It's conveniently close to several good places to eat and the Lewis and Clark brewery which has great beer, pizza, and live music.I have one complaint here but it's a widespread issue within the vacation home rental industry. The fees and check-out requirements are ridiculous. So once all fees are added up the stay is actually twice the listed price from seventy-four dollars to one hundred forty five dollars a night. There are fees I don't understand like "Damage protection fee" and "Service fee" which are quite expensive.The worst issue I have (which is common) is paying an eighty dollar cleaning fee when my partner and I are required in the checkout list to perform the majority of the cleaning let alone any at all when we're paying for it to be cleaned. I find this egregious on the principle of the matter. Hotels don't have "hidden" fees nor do they charge you for cleaning then require any cleaning or housekeeping on top of that. Please consider changing this checkout requirement.

Great place for dogs
5/5 I needed a place to stay that would accept a couple small dogs while I visited my elderly folks in Helena. Great accommodations for two and four legged creatures. It was a hot couple of days but the overall setup was great with outdoor seating and AC (although the AC was a bit loud). Finally realized we could turn down the fan to make it a bit quieter.
