Spoon Lake R&R
5/5 This cabin was just perfect for our home base during our trip to Glacier National Park. It fit our two families well. The view of Spoon Lake with the large deck and dock was picture perfect and made morning coffee time so enjoyable listening to the call of the loons. The host has supplied the cabin with many nice amenities to make your stay comfortable and very entertaining. We enjoyed or canoe time on the lake and her movie collection was excellent to relax to after a day in the park. We had hummingbird visitors who came in for daily feedings on the deck. Our beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs! This property and host get an A++ rating from our group.

Montana Vacation
4/5 This was the most beautiful mountain setting we have ever experienced. Wonderful cabin, on a lake, relaxing views. Easy drives to Downtown Columbia Falls, West Glacier. Whitefish, and Kalispell. Our Host, Jackie and Gib, were wonderful and very hospitable. The only drawback was spotty Wi-Fi and no TV. Fine for my wife and I, but our millennial Daughter’s family were out of their “technology” comfort zone. Still, a great time for our first Montana experience!
Idyllic vacation
5/5 We had the best time during our stay on Spoon Lake! The house was extremely cozy and had everything you could think of needing while staying there. The property mangers/owners were very responsive, friendly and full of local information and tips on the area. The welcome gift was the icing on the cake. We loved our time there and look forward to going back ASAP!

Log cabin paradise on Spoon Lake
5/5 Our family spent a week at Jackie & Gib's cabin. It was just beautiful. The upstairs sleeping loft was perfect for my 3 kids, the cabin was clean, cozy, and the deck was great for enjoying the lake view and reading a book. Gib even gave my kids a ride in his 1928 Ford Model A! Spoon Lake is definitely swimming-friendly (and warm!) but water edge is definitely on the murky side. GNP is a short drive away...we left the cabin at 5:15 in the morning and easily made it past the park gate by 6:00 since we couldn't get a permit to drive the Going To The Sun Road. Overall a wonderful week.
