  Let's start with the Positives- a very nice new building close to the main street and the desired amenities. nearby coffee and bagels, a bar, and a dispensary- what more could you want?

  Stylishly decorated as the photos show! We stayed for two nights over NYE. The large King Bed is some Brand of Memory Foam that was VERY firm for my preference.

  The queen bed was a more traditional mattress that was much cozier- so much so that I almost traded it with my daughter. If mattress firmness is a big deal for you know that the Master bedroom is a much firmer bed- it does eventually warm up to your body heat as most of the gel tops do, but it's not luxurious or anything- the bedding is nice and there is a good selection of pillows.

  We did love that the master closet had not one but TWO luggage racks which makes sense for this setup. Plenty of hangers for Ski gear or nice outfits. Overall great for what we needed, Nice indoor parking garage for staying out of the weather- although it was very tight for our large F-350 truck we made it work. There should be a sign somewhere that tells you that the doorway on the other end is the access to the lobby elevator- instead, we went thru the closest door to the parking spot and walked all the way around to the East entrance.

  Next- the possible improvements and observations- note that we travel often and I love detailed reviews that help you decide if staying somewhere is for you or not... it's your hard-earned money and it's good to know what you are getting.

  the bathroom is a little tight and could use a few more towel hangers or the like- if you have multiple family members staying as we did you have to get creative with multiple people getting ready etc- if the door is partially closed you can't open the drawers which seem very close to the wall? Obviously not the owner's fault and more of a design flaw than anything.

  Our biggest issues came from the Process of having to use the LATCH app to access the building, your room, etc- and that it only goes to the phone listed on the reservation. I accidentally let the door close behind me and got locked out with the phone inside, so had to use another phone to retrieve an email to call host to give us a door code. we were lucky to get in touch with him. I personally did not enjoy the LATCH app feature and will avoid staying where this is the security feature in the future.

  Overall cute stay for the money and a good location! The patio was nice to see the mountain.

  Such a perfect location to MSU and Downtown. Condo was lovely and comfortable. Check-in process was very smooth and easy. Will definitely book again.

  Clean and comfortable home very well outfitted. Beds are very comfortable, sheets are warm. Kitchen is well appointed. Very minimal noise pollution yet easily walkable to downtown.
