Clean mid-range property, but not for 10 people
4/5 This is a nice property and was very clean, but a few surprises keeps us from giving it a solid thumbs up. Most importantly, although the beds themselves were comfortable, there was a significant lack of bedding (blankets). The upstairs beds had thin duvets without duvet covers, and the linens supplied for the "extra" beds had only extremely thin cheap thin blankets, not much warmer than sheets. After unsuccessfully trying to contact the owner we gave up and bought 3 blankets ourselves.The sofa bed in the living room was in good shape but had no privacy with large uncurtained windows facing the street. The upstairs "bonus" sofabed was very old and not really usable. We put kids on floor mattresses.The location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Not really walkable to anything other than the excellent dog park. 10 minute drive to downtown Bozeman.I'd recommend for 3 couples or less, or 1 family.Communication pre-check-in was excellent, but attempts to reach the manager with issues after arriving were never answered.
