  The house is in a great spot close to the beach, casino and walking distance to downtown. We spent a month there and got a real feel for the area. The house was dirty when we arrived and had to spend the first couple of days getting it cleaned up. The place is pet friendly but smells very much like dirty dog. I assume it is from bad pet owners who allow pets on the furniture without a blanket. There were pet blankets but it took two washings before I would let my dog on them. The cleaning folks need to spend a lot more time working on the smell and the slop left on the walls, doors and frames and the fronts of the cabinets and appliances. The place is laid out nicely and could be a real gem.

  Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. I particularly loved the original finishes with modern conveniences. The location is perfect. Our children enjoyed using the sand toys and bedroom TV's. My only critic is consider adding a clear description of the stairs on the listing and possibly make a gate available. It wasn't necessarily a deal breaker, but stairs with toddlers are rough when you aren't accustomed to them.

  This was a special girl's trip planned by me and my Sorority sisters. We hadn't seen each other in several years. The beautiful blue house was the perfect place for us to catch up, talk, laugh and eat. The house was clean and comfortable. We felt safe and would come back.
