Good location
3/5 Good location. Could be cleaner. All the kids socks were black after walking around the house. Found a few dead roaches in the dishes. And the main bathroom shower/tub needs serious updating. Close to the beach.

" - We take cleanliness very seriously and wish you had contacted us when you were in the home. We would have been happy to see what we could have done to take care of the floors and dishes.
- We have a bi-monthly contract with pest control and they do a good job, but we are thinking about changing it to monthly for the warmer months. We are sorry for the inconvenience
- We were unaware of any issues with the main bathroom shower/tub. We just finished some updates a while back and thought everything was good, we will take a look at it
- Glad you enjoyed the location of the beach

Nice home, wonderful privacy
5/5 This home is older but very nice. We did run into an issue during our stay but the owner handled it like a champ.
Would definitely stay here again.
Vacation in Gulfport Ms
5/5 The property was just as it is on the listing . The house was very nice and inviting . The neighbors were friendly and it was convenient to anything you needed to get to . The bathroom in the master around the toilet , the floor is sinking down a little and there was mold around the tile in the guest bath . Other than that the grass needed cutting . I will recommend to my friends and family .
