Great place, but impersonal
4/5 We really enjoyed our stay, but I would say that you must read the instructions. We were supposed to switch on the water and two of the circuit breakers. Not paying attention, we did that and it took a minute to realize they were on and we actually turned them off. I find it less than enjoyable to have to deal with a management company rather than the owners themselves. When we were wondering why we did not have any hot water, the contact person was less than helpful. He even said that it had not been an issue before, which from my research prior to booking, I know that is false. There is another review elsewhere that mentioned not having hot water. We eventually realized the circuit breaker for the hot water heater was off. And it was not one of the numbered breakers we were told to turn on. Also for those traveling with little ones, the place is easily child proofed by pushing things back and placing them high, but my two issues were the front door can be opened even when the door is locked, so you have to lock the screen door to keep little ones inside if they like doors. And the plugs for the internet and tv hang in the open and could easily be unplugged. Which I guess is another complaint. The listing says fast internet, good for streaming. We had a lot of internet issues, with not that many devices connected. My husband had to do some business while away and had difficulties with his meetings. The place was gorgeous and clean. We did report some lights that did not work and a missing towel bar, but it did not hinder our stay. We loved the porch and so did our little one. It was nice having the screens. We will definitely consider this location again.

4/5 Everything was great except for the master bedroom window. To really enjoy the view of the lake, window needs to be cleaned

Great vacation!
5/5 The condo was terrific! Nicely updated and loaded with all you need for food preparation (including a crock pot which is key for boaters). The AC did break on us but owner responded to my 630am call and had it fixed by the afternoon. Perfect vacation.
