lake Ozark Gravois house
4/5 I talked with the owner about a month or so before our stay to have permission to use boat slip with lift. He was very nice and gave me permission. (i would not rent without slip) The house was nice and had good location. Gravel road to the house was a real issue but not the owners fault. The road is narrow with extremely steep hills. (Tough to pull boat and trailer) The garage that is shown in the photo's is not part of the deal. This was not disclosed to me or the property manager until I got the entry code and found the garage full of jet ski's then was told off limits. It had also said (driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles plus trailer parking on property) Not true unless you own smart cars and motorcycle trailers. My friends had to park 1.9 miles away. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay, but I wish I had known about the garage, rough terrain, and parking. I would have rented elsewhere had I known.

Great Place to Stay
5/5 The house was very clean and the dock had plenty of space. We enjoyed staying here for a weekend fishing tournament.

Very clean, great location!
5/5 This place was perfect for us! Nice house with all the amenities plus a few extras like a popcorn machine. The dock was great. We used the kayaks there daily and the boat lift was very nice too. Simpler than tying up the boat and better for the boat. It’s on a cove just north of the main lake with lots of restaurants nearby to boat to. Very clean and the owner was helpful in answering questions. The only thing we may have wanted was a table for the deck.

On the water!!
5/5 Great location on the water!! The floating pad was perfect to tie off the dock and lounge around. We also caught some big catfish and bass fishing off the dock. Kitchen had supplies, bed was comfy, and checkout was simple.
