  Great place to stay! Excellent location and quiet. Only 2 things we noticed. The hot water heater had a hard time with 4 showers as it got cold quickly if we didn't space them a bit. Last, the internet was pretty spotty. Other than that it was a great place and we would stay again.

• Great Stay - Needs Improvements

  I want to preface this review by stating that we had a wonderful stay at this condo and would return! The view was amazing, the condo was clean and updated, everything was spacious, TVs in every room even on the patio, the beds were decently comfortable, very private and not super noisy, and the walk to the pool/docks was the easiest walk I have ever had at the lake! But we did hit a few snags that were an inconvenience when it came to our stay that I hope will get fixed for future renters. When the condo information was sent, we received 2 separate emails, one from Evolve, the other from the condo owner Tracey. My advice for future renters is to just go with Evolve's check-in instructions because Tracey's were confusing/not accurate. There is a covered parking space that was easy to find per instructions, but it is on the very end of the covered lot with a railing alongside it. If you have a car that's any bigger than a small sedan you won't fit in that spot, it is very tight. We have a Chevy Equinox for reference, our car didn't fit, but our friend who was staying with us had a Sonata and it did fit. That was really no big deal because we just parked outside in the lot, and the condo was only down 2 small flights of stairs. Don't waste your time with the elevator, it's very slow (unless you physically need it). The instructions we read via Tracey gave the unit number and stated it was on the left. So, we go left find the unit with the same number only to realize there is no lock with a code, just a normal door handle that required a key. Standing there very confused a very nice lady came to the door and told us ours was actually down the hall to the right not the left and that we were the 4th people this summer that made the same mistake. We got into our unit just fine after that. Check-in was after 4 PM, we get in around 4:30. At 5:30 housekeeping barged in randomly which was odd and uncomfortable. Never experienced that anywhere I've stayed. The wifi password in Tracey's instructions was not the current password, it was the right words but in the wrong order, the password in Evolve's instructions was correct. The hot water was also off when we got there which would've been nice to know ahead of time, and the tank was small so we all had to shower in 30 min intervals which sucked because we had 5 adults. Overall we did have a really great time, just hit a few snags that I hope get fixed before they host more guests!

• Great weekend family time

  This is a great place for family time to get away. Host is wonderful to work with and extremely friendly. Condo is homey and clean. Everything is provided. Would love to stay again.
