Needs a deep clean
4/5 Monarch cove is such a great location and we love renting condos from here. This unit was comfortable, but it needs a deep clean. The bottoms of our feet were dirty the first night there, cobwebs/dust on all the blinds, fans and light fixtures. Dead insects/bugs on the windows sills & by the sliding balcony door. Moldy limes were left on top of the fridge which leaves you frustrated when you are required to pay a cleaning fee. The association/owner needs to do a better job at spraying for bugs/spiders around the outside of the balcony. Arachnophobia for sure at night (but that’s Missouri). Also, the balcony does not have the drop down shades as shown in the pictures.
