  This was a great place to stay for a long weekend. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and is in a fabulous location. We were able to catch a ton of fish and enjoyed ourselves very much. We would definitely come back again!

  We had the best mini-vacation! My son is quite the fishermen and he thoroughly enjoyed this property! He must have caught 50 fish over the long weekend. The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed it.

  Super location and lots of space outside. Two great docks with speakers for music. Lovely deck to use for grilling and enjoying the evenings. Home is nice but I missed a bathtub. Beds comfortable and well stocked kitchen. They even left a welcome basket with snacks and drinks. I would have preferred all tile or laminate flooring as the carpet was old and stained and gave a little musty smell. All in all would recommend and will consider returning.

  Two docks great beds comfortable charcoal grill not easy when have to wait to grill stove needs replaced only two burners would get hot several of dishes still had food on them when we went to use them goose ooo all over dock and land when walking to dock Way over priced for rental you need to take some of money your charged and buy a stove and dishwasher

  - We're glad you liked the beds and docks. We have worked hard to provide a comfortable home for all guests.
  - The listing clearly states that we have a charcoal grill, and most guests enjoy using it.
  - We checked the stove and confirmed that all four burners are working. We would have been happy to help had you let us know you were having trouble with it.
  - We have several reflective streams around the dock and property to deter animals (including geese), and these work very well. Goose droppings are not typically an issue, and when we visited the property after your stay, we did not see any.
  - We are not able to add a dishwasher due to the layout of the kitchen, but recent guests have not reported any issues with dirty dishes.
  - Evolve sets the price based on the house and surrounding area. It does fluctuate throughout the year, so visiting on a holiday weekend as you did will be a bit pricier.
