  It’s a great location if you want to be in kimberling city. The grocery store is right across the way. The view is beautiful and the bed was so cozy.

  The only downsides is that the condo is hard to find especially at night. The keypad for entry is very loud and the screen is annoying to turn on. Some of the towels smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathtub could have been cleaned a bit better.

  This property is hidden behind other condo/apartments and I personally wouldn’t say it’s a “bad” neighborhood but I would definitely lock my car and not walk at night. Additionally, the potholes and play area need up keeping.

• Very clean unit with direct views of the lake

  One off the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed in. Both leather couches had built-in motorized recliners, super comfortable. Stayed in the off season over Christmas week and the complex was very quiet. Overall nice stocked. The only things we could have used that weren’t there was a cutting board and a potato masher. Overall nicely stocked and we didn’t lack for anything. The had the unit decorated with Christmas lights and even a Christmas tree. The pull out Murphy bed cabinet was very comfortable (parents stayed one night and it was a perfect solution).

• Lakeside Property

  This is a nice, updated 1 bedroom property. Beautiful view overlooking TableRock. It is a small condo, but well-appointed. Communication with the owners was good. Communication to Evolve - the property management was not returned. The owner checked in with us via text to make sure all was going well. Perfect for 2. We would stay again at this property.

• First time to Missouri

  The condo was very nice and with a beautiful view of the lake. The condo was very close to Branson, Missouri but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle to be able to relax and enjoy the view. We would rent again with no hesitation.
