  Stayed 17 days there. Would not do it again. We were in between houses during a move with a young family and a big dog. Over all it worked for what we needed but we were glad to be out.

  Pros

  *Amazing caring host! Always available and endlessly helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond with help and recommendations of fun things in the area.

  *Large fenced yard

  *whole house to yourself

  *close to entertainment and shopping

  *still in a nice neighborhood for evening walks

  *large driveway for safe parking

  *pet friendly and safe

  *large master bed with fluffy blankets and pillows

  Cons

  ^Needs a deep cleaning (cupboards were sticky and caked with grime around handles, dead bugs under the couches, mattresses were GROSS like at least ten years old and stained.)

  ^uncomfortable twin beds (I felt bad for my kids sleeping on the rock hard mattresses and compacted pillows)

  ^furniture is different then in the pictures. (Didn't mind much but it should be advertised clearly)

  ^Highway is LOUD. Can be heard at every hour of the day in every room of the house. large yard is not enjoyable to spend time in because you have to raise your voice over the traffic and you are always with in eye sight of the thousands of cars.

  ^Kitchen is lacking (oven does not work, dishes are mismatched and chipped, no dishwasher, also cluttered with random objects like old water bottles, grocery bags and miss matched Tupperware)

  ^Wi-Fi was unreliable for most of the stay.

  ^Signs EVERYWHERE (house rules are posted in large font all over the house. Doesn't feel very homey to be drinking your morning coffee and no matter where you look you are being reminded in bold letters that you will be fined $100 if you unplug the Wi-Fi or have any unapproved guests over)

  ^Exercise equipment in the basement is broken and I'm not even sure why they would keep it in there.

  We had a great time staying in this home the kids coined the “hotel house”. The home was clean and comfortable. We brought our young dog with us and appreciated the fenced in property. The property is in a convenient location with easy access to all the activities we enjoyed. The home is right next to the highway, but if didn’t bother us at night. We would definitely stay again in the future.

  Wonderful and quick communication. When we needed the front lock batteries changed they got right back to us and someone came right over to take care of. Would stay there again if in the area. Easy drive out to Creekside Ballpark. Home is comfortable but could use some updating. Thanks for the addition of the games! We enjoyed them most evenings!

• Family vacation

  Communication with the host is awesome! She met with our needs everytime and making sure we are comfortable and need anything. Very responsive and helpful! The house is right off the interstate and you ll only hear alot of vehicles passing by but other than that it's been good and peaceful with no problems! I would recommend anyone to stay.
