Great size house. Needs some updates and many new light bulbs.

2/5 We reached out to the owners prior to our stay (through evolve) and got no response. We needed to ask specific questions but couldn’t get any answer. Then we got a text the day of check in telling us to contact the owners wife if we needed anything. We called and left her a voicemail. We never got any response.
The home was nice but I hate when there isn’t enough TP or trash bags left to accommodate as many people as you state will stay, for as many days as you stay. Shopping for such supplies during vacation is a bummer.
The walls and doors had splatter on them and there was fuzz growing on the baseboards. When we attempted to use the jacuzzi tub the water jets shot black and brown water out, it’s obvious they haven’t been used or cleaned recently. The home certainly is over due for a true cleaning.
Enjoyable Family Gathering
4/5 This place is large enough for a family of 13 but shared living space was a bit tight with everyone in the place. The hot tub was great and plenty of hot water for multiple showers. Parking is the horrible though. If you have a house with 6 bedrooms you definitely need at least 3-4 parking spaces out front. Contact number was quick to respond to problems we encountered. Overall, great location, big house, and great assistance with issues.

5/5 We had 16 adults plenty room. About 10 minutes from strip (depends on traffic). We had a great time.

5/5 We selected Goldilocks due to the number of King beds and bathrooms for our family outing. Excellent space for us to spread out our families, but great common spaces too.
