    We we arrived we found that the ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working. I called our guest relations contact to report this issue. She said she would call maintenance to see if they could fix it and call me back to let me know. She never called back and I never heard from here during my stay. The dresser in the bed had broken drawers, We also found the TV’s were not connected to the internet so could not watch the tv for local weather and info and there was no information on connecting to the wifi. The dining area was not climate controlled and stayed warm during the day.

    Upon arrival all looked great until we took a closer look. No bath soap. No dish rag. TV’s we’re on Rocu and no instructions for use. No tv remote in den which made it impossible to turn it off or change volume. We contacted the person in charge and got very little help. Rocu is not for visiting guests.

    We enjoyed our stay ! condo was nice and looked clean until you walked on the floors barefoot. The bed was pretty broke down. Flannel sheets are not ideal when it’s 100 plus degrees. We were there 4 nights and only 3 washcloths and no dish rag. We had a washer and dryer but who wants to wash every day . A broom would have been nice along with extra trash bags . The table couldn’t be used because it was so hot in there you couldn’t breath . If you opened the sliding doors the air conditioner couldn’t keep up . .

  • Every 30 second smoke alarm would beep

    Smoke alarm needed battery replaced and didn’t get done. Had to listen to it all night. A/C would never cool down below 73 degrees. Was at 104 degree day and had flannel sheets on bed. Evolve did refund money.
