I booked my rental on August 6, 2022, for the weekend of August 26 - August 28, 2022. Fast forward to Friday, August 26, and I had received nothing from Vrbo or the property manager. The listing informed me that I could check in at 3 pm that day; however, I couldn't because I didn't receive the code for the door until 4 pm that day. After this debacle, I was finally given the code and upon arrival, I realized that no one had told me what apartment was my rental. I had no way of contacting the host until I got a message from Vrbo regarding my host's number and email. I texted the number provided with no answer for about 10 minutes; in that time frame, I was fortunate enough to figure out which apartment was mine. After getting everything carried up to the apartment, I received a phone call from the host telling me that she didn't even know I was supposed to be staying there that weekend (which is funny because I messaged through the app 3 times before I arrived). After this comment, she asked "does the apartment look clean at least?" then also asked me if "I had seen a Tupperware container with fruit that the last guest had left," which to me indicated that no one had cleaned or been in there since the last stay. Everything seemed fine afterward because the apartment did seem clean on the surface, but the longer I stayed I realized it wasn't all that clean. My final complaint is that in the guest binder, NONE of the information was correct: the door code, the wifi name, and even the wifi password.The trip was fantastic and we did have a very nice time; however, I just feel that the small group that stayed had invested quite a bit of money just to feel not significant.

- We confirmed with Evolve the pre-stay email was sent to you on 8/12 and again on 8/23, I'm not sure what email address but you might want to check your spam folder
- My cleaner does a great job and when she is busy she doesn't always hear the phone ring, but she would have not answered a phone call knowing that there are guests who need help and she needs to be available. She also keeps track of her bookings to be sure that every guest walks into a location that is clean and ready
- We will ensure that all of the information in the guest binder is correct but we have not had this complaint
- You sent Nancy a text about your stay and you said how much you loved it and how beautiful it was, adding that you would be booking again in the future - your review does not reflect this text I'm sorry if you had issues but you were in contact and we would have appreciated if you could have given us the opportunity to address your concerns

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was only about 5 minutes from the busy strip so it was extremely convenient for us. The place was roomy and accommodated all 10 of us. We had 6 kids and 4 adults and it worked out just great, the kiddos loved staying in the room with the bunk beds! We had a small issue with the blinds for the balcony but when I reached out to the host, she responded immediately and was very pleasant to deal with. We actually left some medicine there (my 10 year old sister left her meds for her liver) and Nancy responded right away and even went out of her way to mail it back to us! We got to enjoy the community pool and the kids had a blast! We would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

It was a pleasant unit, very close to "the strip" . They left mints on all our pillows and a sparkling cider to celebrate our reunion. It is a great property and highly recommend.
