Property repairs needed
2/5 Overall the condo is beautiful, but there are three repairs needed and I have photos:#1. The master bath shower door was not installed or sealed properly and that caused major water leaks each time we took a shower. My husband is a carpenter and said he would be glad to explain the issues & how it can be fixed if the owner wanted to talk to him. #2. The towel bar behind the master bath door fell off when we removed a towel the 1st day. #3. The porch screen fell on my husband when the patio door was shut. So that needs to be looked at. At first glance, the condo is beautiful; the kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of bath towels. We did find the living room furniture quite hard and very uncomfortable; we needed more seating and a recliner would have been nice. Also the master bed makes a lot of noise; the mattress kept slipping and was quite uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Also the table on the patio is too big for the space. The patio chairs were wonderful, but would work better with a smaller table. Would like to have known ahead that we did not have use of the indoor pool. We visit Branson annually to see our grandchildren and have always used the indoor pool. Was not aware that it was no longer available to us until this trip. That should be added to the condo information binder. We did have use of the game room which is always a plus. Hope the owners will take our "concerns" and make a few repairs and changes.
