  The property was just as described. We had 6 people in our party and everyone had enough space of their own. The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus. The property was very close to everything Branson has to offer. My only complaint is that after two showers, there was no hot water left for the rest of the family. If you can accommodate 10 then the hot water tank should as well. Other than that it was a great stay.

• Lousy customer service

  The actual reservation was under my brother's name, Donald King, but my husband and I paid our part so I feel like I can leave a review as well. We were supposed to check in on Thursday, Dec 22, check in time is 4PM, we heard about the winter storm moving in so we all left out and traveled all night to get to Branson early that day. By 10AM the roads were getting bad and we were worried about the steep hill to drive down to get to the condo so we requested if we could do am early check in, so we could go ahead and be there, but we were denied and not allowed. We had a show scheduled at 330 that let out about 6, and the roads were terrible by then, my brother contacted Ethan and he said he had a 4wheel drive that he wouldn't even try to get down there to the condo, so we were forced to get a hotel room that night. The next morning my brother contacted Ethan and was told the roads were still yet no better and probably wouldn't be the rest of the day, since the temperature was in the negatives, we needed to secure a place to stay because we have 4 children ages 5-9, so Ethan said it was fine, he understood, and he'd start working on a refund since we were unable to get to the condo. We were refunded $125 of the $900+ that we paid. We've tried to negotiate and are no longer receiving any communication. We know the winter storm wasn't anyone's fault, but we traveled overnight to get there earlier to try to get to the condo and weren't allowed, and then had to pay for hotel rooms our entire stay. Half the amount back would've been satisfactory to us. Due to the lack of customer service, we'll never try to stay at these condos again, our business will go elsewhere.

  - We worked with Evolve and a full refund was issued back to you as we feel this was the right thing to do
  - As you mentioned, external factors like the weather and icy roads are simply out of our control, and we have to make decisions with the safety of our guests in mind
  - We are sorry for the communication not being up to par, as we always strive to be available for our guests
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Close to everything. Could be cleaner

  Love how close this condo is to downtown and Silver Dollar City. Feet/socks were brown/dirty from floors. Air vent above the table has caked on dust. Both bathtub drains need to be unclogged. There were stains on the bathroom hand towels. This unit is on bottom floor so you can hear the above neighbors walking/fall down

• We loved the condo. Clean.

  Clean. Comfortable. Convenient to our needs. But we sadly could hear the neighbors above us at night every night. It was almost impossible to sleep with a toddler.
