Wonderful condo
5/5 We had a mix of family and friends stay in this condo for Spring Break. Absolutely loved the layout. Plenty of everything we needed was supplied! The balcony had a beautiful view of the water. We enjoyed the park as well as the indoor pool on the grounds and the basketball court. Plenty of parking too! Will definitely stay again.

Great location, perfect size, poorly managed
4/5 The location and size of this condo was exactly what we needed for 4 adults and 2 children. It is in a quiet area but still close to all the activities of Branson. It is also so close to Table Rock Lake State Park. The cleanliness of the condo leaves a lot to be desired. The showers and tables were dirty and there was still food under the kitchen table that showed the place had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were also no garbage bags and the hand soap pumps had been filled with water and not soap. We attempted to reach out to the guest service provider by phone and email, as well as the Evolve Management Group, and we never got a call back or response regarding these issues, even though we contacted them immediately upon our arrival and initial walk through of the condo.

Birthday Celebration
5/5 I did a lot of research for a place to stay in Branson for my husband’s 60th birthday and this property checked all the boxes. It was conveniently located, very clean, nicely decorated and quiet. I personally loved the cozy, fuzzy comforter in the master bedroom and the extra plush towels. Thank you for a lovely stay!
