  I cannot rave enough about this property. Every detail was thought of and I felt at home the minute I walked in. My husband and I went for our 17th anniversary and we were completely in love with the views and accommodations!! We are already talking about coming back next year

• Mother/Daughter Nightmare Stay

  As graciously as I can be this was the worst rental I have ever stayed in over the last 15+ years, this rental was filthy. The only thing that kept me from refusing to stay here after arriving was the bathrooms and beds were clean. I swept piles of hair, dirt, and rocks off all the floors, The master bedroom headboard and wall above was covered in dirt/.lint. Cobwebs lined the kitchen light fixture, Every dish /utensil we used was dirty with stuck on food and had to be washed. We shared the condo with families(15+) of ladybugs. The top of the refrigerator hasn't been cleaned in a long time as well as the oven. The living room furniture was not cleaned and had debris on it, the sliding door was very hard to open from the living room. The blinds in the dining area was filthy as well as the dining table hadn't been cleaned off. The grill wouldn't work, it powered on after plugging it in but after 20 minutes it still had no heat and it hasn't been cleaned with chunks of food still on it. If we would have had any guests for dinner we would not have had enough flatware for everyone. This is not a stocked kitchen!! The location was great for what we had planned. Check out requirements seemed excessive as I've never been asked to strip the beds when we are paying over $100 cleaning fee for a 3 night stay; what are they doing?

  -We use a highly recommended local cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival
  -Our oven was replaced shortly before your stay and was still in almost-new condition upon further inspection
  -While we have not experienced ladybugs in the past or since your stay, we will keep an eye out going forward
  -We wish you had let us know during our communications if there were any issues or inconveniences you experienced; we would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home

• Great view and perfect location

  We had a great weekend. The view is wonderful, it is quite being on the top floor, it is a great location in relation to sdc and it has a great shoreline to swim.

  Clean and ready for our three nights. We needed somewhere while visiting grandparents in Blue Eye. Was a bit far from there but we were able to make it work. Everything we needed was there for a good cup of coffee and washing up after long days. Deck with beautiful view made for good conversations and relaxing mornings. Highly suggested would be to have better sunblocking curtains for the living room pullout couch sleeper. Also, that door to the deck wasn’t sliding well so we had to go through bedroom. And for 6 people we needed hotter water to last for all the showers. If you prefer a firm mattress, this isn’t the stay for you. The mattresses were not comfortable for many in our family. If these things were adjusted we would definitely stay again- and regardless, we would highly recommend to friends!
