It was a great location and very clean. Definitely would book again and highly recommend.

It said no pets allowed however there was animal hair of some sort all over. There were dried contacts in the bathroom and bedroom. The table was sticky and had to be cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke in the living area. It was close to all activities that we did and that was nice. The baseball book upon arrival was nice!!

When we showed up at the location we noticed that all building units were, on the outside, were in terrible shape. Building damage and multiple torn window screens. The common areas, and stairwells were not much better. We entered our unit and noticed a strong smoke smell, eventhough all units are non-smoking. The unit hadn't been cleaned, after the previous renter, yet either. Dirty towels and linens still laying around. We left the unit, deeming in unsuitable and tried the contact number listed in the check in instructions. Which, was the cleaning company. They apologized and assured us a crew would head straight over and deep clean. Also, refunded the cleaning deposit. We then tried to contact the number listed for the community, which was no longer in service. We eventually, after a lengthy hold, were able to get in touch with the Evolve customer service team. And promptly put on hold again. Even the dispatch rep had to make multiple attempts to contact a service representative. We tried to be placed in another location or unit. But being 4th of July weekend there were no alternate availabilities. Eventuality, after an hour phone call we were offered dinner reimbursement, by the company. After a couple of hours we received a call, that the unit was ready for us to move in. We did stay at the location, due to the lack of availability. But, did not feel comfortable during the trip. We will never be staying here again, at this or any other unit in this development.

Okay so first let me just state you can tell they have renovated and have decorated super great inside of the apartment and the fact we forgot laundry pods and they had some which was great. That's all I have good to say! Getting into the apartment you go down a hall and stairs that smelled of rotten fish the entire 4 days we were there. The WIFI did not work the entire time and I contacted the management group but never heard back from them. So when this gets reviewed by owners and they state No one contacted them don't worry I have the emails, message board through VRBO, and the call log on standby to prove the points. The pool is small and shows in photos but what they don't say is its the ONLY pool for all the units I am sure well over 100 units and that these are apartments that people live in and this pool was packed everyday skin to skin so many people basically Vegas style pool party. That meant my family of 5 would not have fit anywhere in pool amongst all the others. So with all that being said I would never stay hre again or recommend them to anyone.

- When you communicate through the Vrbo app, those messages are sent to Evolve and not the owner. Evolve takes full responsibility, and it does not reflect the owner or property. We are increasing our staffing to make sure that we can respond more quickly to guests moving forward.
- While the upkeep of the building is out of the owner's control, they will speak to the HOA about your feedback regarding the hallways.
- The pool does get busy on the weekends, but again, this is out of the owner's control. We only advertise one community pool, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard.
