  The home was very nice and just like the pictures. I would have given this a full 5-star rating but the toilets weren't clean on the inside of the bowl and the plastic shower curtains were mildewed and stained in both bathrooms. We bought new plastic curtains to replace those. We didn't see a way to let the owner know personally that we did this. Other than those two things the condo was a in a great location; very close to the strip.

  First I will say the owners have done a great job in updating this condo. Lots of room, decor is very cozy & matches pictures online. However, thats where my positive review stops. We drove 3.5 hours to arrive at a keyless door that continuously malfunctioned. it would unlock but then immediately relock not allowing us to enter. This continued numerous times. Our contact could then only offer for us to use a regular key to unlock door during our stay. The door also had obvious damage and would constantly get stuck and had to be forced open every time we went through. Finally get inside and we very quickly come to realize the condo hasnt been opened in A LONG time. Toilets were filthy with black mold inside from no one cleaning in so long. Both showers had black hair and mold in them, as well as, remnants of what looked like dried mucus. So before could do any relaxing I had to clean both bathrooms!! Make our way into bedrooms. Things smelled stale and someone had been smoking inside and throughout the building. We bought air freshners just to help minimize the strong smell of smoke. We are non-smokers and this was very frustrating on top of everything else. The floors also haven't been vaccumed or mopped and were covered with dust bunnies all over with LARGE piles of dog hair in corners throughout the condo. The comforters and sheets on both beds were dirty. Stains and hair on all. Additionally I had to do laundry before relaxing with family on our vacation. Which by the way there was an empty laundry detergent container in the cabinet. So we had to go buy cleaning supplies and detergent the first night we arrived. Next morning go to have coffee and the creamer that is offered is bad and curdled. Then open diswasher to find dirty dishes left from previous people. Go to use a knife and it had been put away with food still on it. The bedroom with a bunk bed has a tv. It will turn on but you cannot watch anything. No connection. I did call the contact on our info list in the beginning. But right away she admited she had not had a chance to come to our condo and check on things. With that I didnt want to speak with her any further. The cleaning company readily admitted they couldnt get the condo checked and ready for us. Of course there isnt a direct number to the owners or property manager. So maybe this review will prompt someone to call me directly.

  Hi Connie, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  As the owner and this condo, it is almost painful to read a review like
  this since I want all my guests to have an amazing stay. But the fact if
  the matter is we fell short of the standards we wanted for every guest.
  I called Connie and personally apologized for her bad experience with the cleanliness in my condo. I take every one of these complaints seriously and am determined to address each of them, but to make sure it doesn't ever happen again.
  I have been in touch with my cleaners and addressed every single issue, and am going to continue to monitor these issues to make sure they don't repeat.
  Again....we are learning and determined to keep the standards for
  cleanliness and convenience a 5 star experience.

  Plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 toddlers and an 11 month old

  Little things like toys for kids, pool towels, coffee bar, etc were nice touches.

  Smoke smell stairway/building, very strong.

  Cleanliness- this surprised me because the contact person for the property is a cleaning service! And you pay a hefty cleaning fee, plus you are required to strip beds, wash dishes, declutter surfaces, etc. It first appears clean superficially. Bed sheets and towels clean but the guest toilet was visibly dirty, bath mats were not washed, floors left our feet and my crawling baby’s hands/legs/feet black, Coffee was in the coffee pot from last guest. Pizza cardboard on top of fridge, previous guest dirty clothes in drawer in master. Piles of dust behind and underneath furniture. There was a set of plastic dishes that the bottom sticker residue collected hair/dirt etc stacked in the cabinet. Other ceramic dishes/ pans were fine. I hate to leave a bad review because whoever set up the condo, did a great job, but whoever they have hired to clean is not doing a good job at all. With Covid you would think there would even be some extra sanitizing going on?

  Hi Cody, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: Thank you for bringing up issues that I was unaware of. I will be having a very serious talk with the cleaners and we WILL address every single one of these issues. I will be shopping for a new cleaning service if I don't like the response I get. As for the smoke smell, the building is a no smoking building... but some guests do not respect the rule and we don't discover it until they leave. We will "fumigate" to neutralize the smell. We will also improve the signage regarding smoking. Again, so sorry for these issues during your stay.

  Everything went smooth except for the door locking mechanism. It had to be coaxed to work properly. Disappointed master did not have a closet but we managed
