Great vacation rental!!
5/5 Fantastic vacation rental & a great price. Everything was as described, and even better than I really expected. Clean unit, easy access, nicely decorated, great views, and GREAT BEDS. Will definitely rent from this property owner again.

Dirty Towels & Shower Curtain & Unlocked Door while Out
3/5 The shower curtains in both bathrooms were molded. The master tub was very slippery im assuming from the slim from the shower curtain. I messaged Evolve got a response by email. Replied but received no follow up all weekend. The hand towels were dirty in the bathrooms. I washed them myself. Other than that the property was nice and comfortable. I have stayed at these condos by other owners in the past and this is the first time with any issues. On Sunday we went to the Garth concert and when we came back the door was unlocked and lights were on that I know we turned off. It was scary but I didn't report it since the other issues were not taken care of or followed up on. We checked the condo and all our items were still there, but just wondering who came in while we were gone? Without a notice or warning!!

Hi Casie, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
- The cleaner is very thorough but occasionally can miss something. We shared your feedback with the cleaner, and they will be more diligent going forward.
- The shower curtain liners were lightly stained at the bottom, and both had been replaced. Going forward the shower curtain liners will be changed frequently throughout the calendar year.
- We only give the door access code to guests and the cleaner. We'll follow up with the cleaner to find out if the unit was accessed by them.
- We understand Evolve tried contacting you via email a couple of times during your stay and also was in communication with you after your trip.
We strive to maintain a high standard in our condo. We always appreciate feedback from guests on issues and how we can improve going forward!May 2022

Great place!
5/5 Great place, so close to Silver Dollar City; only about 1 mile away! Very easy to locate and only about 15 min from Branson to get into town. Very easy to get there and walk right in with the code given in check in instructions. Highly recommend!
