  The condo is very cute! And set off from the noise of Branson! The bath tub is a great plus with the jets!

  No where in description did they disclose that it was up 3 flights. Not good for someone handicapped!The bedframe was very very squeaky everytime you moved which made for a restless night everytime one of us moved. Only one could take a shower about every two hours because of hot water supply. The condo was precious and decorated so cute but those few things made our stay difficult! It was clean. well stocked and comfortable just not good for our situation. Well priced!

  - Thank you for your kind words and appreciation of our home. We strive to provide our guests with a 5-star stay and are disappointed to hear we missed the mark.
  - We take our listing accuracy seriously and do note on our listing "SUITABILITY: Stairs required", however, we also take our guest feedback seriously and will be updating our listing so that it is clear and future guests do not share the same experience.
  - Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we were unaware of any issues with the bed and will have our maintenance crew further investigate and repair it as needed.
  - During your stay, the main water line broke, and the entire property was without water. After the plumbers addressed the issue we assumed the matter was resolved, but later found that the slow water pressure was caused by debris in the pipe from the broken line, we're truly sorry this happened during your stay. We have since had plumbers out again to address the additional concerns and the problem has been fully resolved.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  The condo was as described. Very nice and clean. If you’re a light sleeper be aware that you can hear everything in there. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom and hall. If someone uses it you can hear everything. For one couple, this is a perfect place. There are plenty of dishes and linens. Overall this is a nice place to stay.

• Condo was okay.

  The Condo was cute and just as pictured. We had some issues with the condo. The A/C went out when it was about 80 degrees outside. Messaged the property manager multiple times. It was like pulling teeth to get any sort of communication back as if someone was going to fix it. None of the windows open which is definitely a hazard. The back patio door does not lock. We had a fun time in Branson but the issues with the condo were very frustrating and needs some work.

  Hi Kamden, thanks for your review. After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to clarify the following:
  - We ask our guests to please leave the A/C at a certain threshold to help prevent any issues. Unfortunately, your group set the degrees much lower than the threshold, which caused the A/C to freeze.
  - When you reached out to the local Guest Contact late in the evening to report the issue with the A/C, they promptly responded. However, due to the time of night, a maintenance worker was not available to come to the property that night. We sent a repairman as soon as one was available to fix the A/C.
  - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own.

  It sucked ! Spent a week there in the worst possible bed money could buy. No water pressure if you wanted to use the jet tub you better start filling it when you got there because you might have enough water to use it by the end of week. Very disappointed with the way my wife and I spent our honeymoon. I slept in the recliner because the bed sucked so bad. All I can say good about the whole thing is it was quite there. Thanks for the shitty honeymoon.

After you checked out, the homeowner was made aware that there was a water main break that occurred during your stay that caused the surrounding area to be without water for several days.
