3/5 NO effort by owner to make guests feel warmly welcomed (sticky notes in multiple places). Kitchen stocked with odds & ends cookware and mugs. No hair dryer in 2nd guest bathroom. No privacy on 1 window (faces the parking lot). Inadequate drapes on patio windows (privacy). Closet door in 2nd room sticks. Looks like mold in 2nd bathroom (I took photos). CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS UNIT. Friends felt the same. Didn't feel super clean. I think the neighborhood is nice, though.

Great place!!
5/5 We had a great time at this condo. It is only minutes away from the Branson shows and attractions. The condo was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. The check in and check out instructions were complete and easy to follow. I wish we had more time in our schedule to enjoy the amenities located at the complex. The only issues were minor - there wasn’t a hair dryer (luckily I brought one) and the screen door to the patio needed some attention.
Bottom level
5/5 This was absolutely perfect! We were on the bottom level so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up stairs. It was also nice for the kids to play in the “backyard”

Needs some attention
3/5 For the most part our stay was a pleasant one.
PROS: 1. Comfortable beds.
2. Unit was clean
3. Quiet surroundings
4. Convenient to everything in Branson area
CONS: 1. Ice maker did not work.
2. Detergent release cup in dishwasher was broken.
3. Bedroom TVs steaming was slow and erratic.
4. Kitchen appliances need updating.

-We have high standards of hospitality for our property to ensure our guests have a positive stay. We strive to make our house as comfortable and inviting as possible for our guests. We will take this under advisement with new kitchen appliances. The interior aesthetic is something we and other guests appreciate. We understand taste in design is subjective so not everyone will be pleased.
-We apologize for the inconvenience of the TV streaming during your stay. The internet can be sporadic in the home affected by its high volume when all three TVs are being used. Subsequent guests have not reported troubles with this, but we're sorry it impacted your stay. We currently have the best internet we can find in our location, we know how frustrating it is when you cannot access the internet. We have tried to remedy this and hopefully will be rectified in the future.
