• Clean, good location

  The property was clean and in a great, quiet location. The property was missing items like dishcloths, cleaner, dishwasher soap and some pots and pans. There was no way for us to wipe anything down. The oven broke on day 2 of our stay. Texted property owner. Never heard back. Overall, great place for the price.

• Decent place to stay

  Good place to stay but the condo was missing some things like pot holders, pizza pan, and we ran out of shampoo. Toilet paper was single ply. Fridge has no ice maker. Electrical outlets loose. A/C filter very dirty, as well as returns. Balcony is shared with the next door neighbor. TVs and cable boxes are SLOW and unintuitive. Beds were comfy, and there was just enough towels, dishes, and silverware for our crew of 6 to have enough as long as we did dishes/laundry each night. Overall, it was worth the price if you spend most of your time away and just crash at the condo, which is what we did.

• Owner has NO clue, housekeeper didnt know unit was rented out!!!!

  For the price it was very chintzy. I also sent all this information in an email after our stay to what I assumed was the owner via an auto generated email from VRBO and they didnt even respond besides sending a question mark. The contact details for the host (housekeeper) are incorrect the listed email was invalid, and she was not even aware they had rented out the unit and refused my phone calls thinking they were spam until she realized it was the same number calling her multiple times. Lavonn (housekeeper) was very nice once I reached her but the owner doesn't communicate well when the housekeeper needs to be ready for guests. There was no toilet paper in the restrooms when we arrived and that there was a damaged towel rack in the far left bathroom that was missing the hardware. The ceiling fan appears to be unbalanced and installed poorly in the middle bedroom. I would recommend having it reinstalled properly or replaced as it could easily become a safety issue. I would also suggest changing the listing so that renters are made aware that the "pull out" couch is not a real pull out couch and is MAYBE big enough to count as a small twin size and only large enough for children. If 2 people in our group didn't cancel there would have been a major issue as they would not have been able to fit on the pull out couch cushions. And it may be a good idea to remove the door from the hinges to the laundry room as the sharpie and notebook paper sign isaying "Do not close" because the washer blocks the door from closing looks super tacky and unprofessional. Would not stay here again unless the price was dropped by at least half.

  "Shelby, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
  - Not sure what you consider not chintzy, but this is a 3-bed 2-bath condo with all the bells and whistles we have a fully loaded kitchen, laundry room, pool, clean decor, and all the amenities you can think of or need
  - I had a handyman out to look at the ceiling fans and he confirmed they are not a safety hazard and were installed correctly
  - You were refunded a significant portion of your rental fee 5 months ago. It was our understanding this addressed any inconveniences you had
  - The housekeeper was informed of the booking but did not put it on her calendar properly, we have since replaced the old housekeeper so that this will not occur again in the future
  - I'm not sure who you emailed that replied with a question mark but it was not me or Evolve
  - We do not list a pullout couch only a sleeper sofa and it can only sleep one person
  This is an economical unit and the sign on the door is not tacky it would be tackier if we pulled the door off its hinges

  Had a pretty good stay rooms were good size had smart tvs throughout for entertainment, WiFi, only thing I have as complaint is we couldn't find any trash bags or a broom to sweep the floor.
