  We loved this property. It had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Property owners keep this place spotless. The condo is so welcoming and we loved staying here! We want to come back and do more in Branson and stay here again!

• Not clean….

  Upon arrival, We found curly hair in the master bathroom shower, looked like the place hadn’t been dusted in years, the baseboards were VERY dirty, the floors had debris all over the house, the rugs were gross, pieces of hair everywhere… the couch was gross, the other furniture in the living room was not comfy.The master bathroom shower needs to be SERIOUSLY updated and needs an EXTREME deep clean. The tile I. The master was also gross with hair everywhere and stains. It looked like the place hasn’t been swept, vacuumed, nor mopped in years. The sheets on the bed didn’t match the pillow cases not the flat sheet, no mattress protectors on any of the mattresses, the mattresses were terrible to sleep on as they all have humps in the middle, causing you to roll towards the edge of the bed..The patio needs updated furniture and cushions and the screens need fixing as they appeared very warn and tattered. As for the area, we had to go to the gas station ( called the pantry) one night and there were teenagers physically fighting out front.. then they ran over to the parking lot of this complex. We didn’t really feel safe after seeing that… Won’t be staying here again!

  This is a cozy spot. Easy to find. We enjoyed cooking for ourselves to save some money, and resting comfortably. The beds were so soft. Mike answered my call on first night and assured me we were in the right place. The code entry numbers need dialed, promptly. The upstairs kiddos had loud stomps but who doesn't on vacation? The patio was so nice and we wished it had been warmer to enjoy that space. This is so close to the pool, too. It was nice having a home away from home. Thanks for everything
