The condo was clean, well equipped kitchen, coffee maker etc. Great view of the lake on Pointe Royal golf course. Our dog loved it too !

Perfect weekend getaway condo for our family. The only thing we did not like and out of anyones control was the smell of cigarettes from other porches when walking in or outside on deck/patio.

Beautiful lake front property. Vrbo dropped the ball with the communication and we didn’t have our entry info until we were 45 minutes out. Besides that everything was great

After reading previous reviews, I reached out ahead of time to the property company about concerns I have read like the batteries in the remotes. They guaranteed these issues have been resolved and even reached out to the local manager about my concern. I messaged the local manager to see if we would be able to check in a little early as we arrived in Branson earlier than we thought. She was very helpful. She let us know the carpets had just been cleaned but that they should be dry. She also changed the code so we would be able to check in sooner. Once we got unloaded, I walked through the condo to check things out. There were a few issues I found. 1. Missing batteries in half of the remotes (even after reaching out prior to our stay).2. Dining room light would not work. 3. Missing light bulbs in almost every ceiling fan. 4. Water on the kitchen floor. Looked like maybe the washer had been leaking.5. The refrigerator door would make a loud bang when opening it, like it was coming off the hinges.6. The curtain rod holder over the sliding glass door in the living room was hanging by 1 screw. My husband looked through their storage closets for batteries and light bulbs but did not have any luck. I did not reach out again to the property manager. We had a busy weekend & since I had already reached out ahead of time, I assumed it would be pointless. We were disappointed in our stay and will not be returning to this property.

- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay.
- We take our guest feedback seriously and have since followed up and addressed these concerns with our Property Manager and cleaning services.
- Since your stay the property underwent a remodel from January 9th through January 24th, 2023. With a new ceiling fan installed, new vinyl flooring throughout the home, new stove, and new remotes to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
