The property is great, and in a great location. Our only issue was that the keylock hadn't been set to open for us when we checked in, but when we called the owners got it fixed within minutes. We would stay here again.

Nice and roomy for the 11 of us, plenty of convenient parking for the 3 cars. Provided needed kitchen and bathroom essentials. We enjoyed the nice pool and it was close to this condo. Homey, nicely decorated for a Christmas feel. Only recommendation would be better lighting over the dining room table for playing games, eating.Very nice, we had a great time, would definitely recommend this place. We felt the price was definitely fair.Thanks

Our family stayed at this property for 3 nights over Thanksgiving 2022. With the $/night premium we paid for these nights, due to the holiday demand, I was less than impressed, to say the least, especially with the cleanliness. There was hair on one of the bathroom floors, but the worst were the non-laundered sheets on our bed which included pubic hair. Over the course of our stay, we encountered several other issues as well, most not as egregious, but still annoying based on the price we were paying. These included: bedroom bi-fold door not attached, bedroom door that wouldn't latch, dirty facial tissues under one bed, outlets not working in all the bathrooms, a toilet that barely flushed, a bathroom door latch that needed tape put on it so it wouldn't lock someone in/out, a bathroom sink that didn't flow properly (spraying water everywhere), a kitchen sink spray attachment that wasn't secured to the sink, and we ran out of toilet paper. After conveying some of these issues to the owners, they offered to have a cleaning crew come out. I was there to enjoy a vacation, not to accommodate a cleaning crew that didn't do their job originally, so I declined, we washed our sheets and moved on. One of the reasons we chose this location was the access to an indoor pool, for our kids. The pool had so many chemicals we were coughing and left after 20 minutes, never to return. After our stay, I informed the owner of all the other things that we encountered and they said since we waited too long for us to tell them and that some of these things weren't a big deal to them, so, they were not going to refund any portion of our stay. But, they were thankful that I gave them a list of things to fix. So, if they are worth fixing, aren't they a big enough deal to compensate those that had rented when they weren't fixed? We paid 150% more than what this property usually rents for and were still treated this way. I will never stay at this property again and will never recommend anyone else does either.

- Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday and the turnaround time between guests, we sincerely apologize as we were unaware of broken items and worked to get the issues fixed. We thank you for letting us know.
- Cleaning is very important to us and we apologize we missed the mark. We do all we can to make it right when guests bring issues to our attention, and We are sorry our cleaning staff wasn't able to accommodate.

The condo was very spacious. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Great views! We would stay here again
