• Nice owners but poor cleaning

  I would like to preface this with how nice and responsive the owners are. They always responded rather quickly and were super friendly however, the place was not as clean as it should be. The condo is rather nice but has some things that are broken as well. I did inform the owner and she said she was looking into a new handyman and cleaning services. The couch smelled like feet, the bedspread had food on it, one of the upstairs mattresses looked like someone was murdered on it. The list really goes on.

  Our family thoroughly enjoyed this place. Extremely roomy! The only negative things that I could think to say would be that the construction company that was finishing up the condo left some very unsafe conditions. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was literally no guard rail in certain sections! We had our 2 year Grandson with us, so it was ALWAYS on the mind! Also, 3 of the shelves in the master bedroom closet were not secured, so one of them fell off and put a pretty deep gash in my wife's leg. 😳 Now, onto the good lol, LOVE the overall vibe! The covered deck is amazing, the roomy kitchen and bedrooms were amazing! We will be back next year!

• Great Condo...but beware of construction

  Overall, the condo is great! Very nice condo...we've stayed in this building multiple times. The ONLY negative we had was the construction. The listing didn't give us a heads up...the construction going on is pretty extreme. There was little to no parking, nails in the parking lot and a lot of trash from the construction crew. They started work early and worked until 6:00. ( I understand it's loud and a mess for construction, but a heads up would've been nice.)Outside of that, the condo is very nice and the dock is great!

• Very Comfortable Home

  We enjoyed our stay here even with a squirmy little one! The construction was off-putting at first (not owners fault) but it did NOT hinder our stay noise-wise. Parking was always available. House was very clean and super comfortable. Everything you need is readily available, even a Pack N Play and highchair for a little one (which I wished I had known before renting one). Beautifully decorated with anything you need for a comfortable stay as well as a fully functional kitchen for making any kind of meal. We extended our trip to have one more day it was so enjoyable! Pool was great, though the spa was not functioning when we went! View was great and patio was very comfortable. Looking forward to planning another visit soon with our whole family!   The owner of the property made herself completely available to us. We were on the property during the intense heat wave to hit the Midwest. She checked in on us about the AC and we so appreciated her responses. This is a wonderful condo in a great part of the area and we will return. The owner is wonderful and the condo has everything you will need the stay.
