• Spring Break stay

  So I really wanted to love this stay, and for the most part I did, the beds were comfortable the rooms were big, and the layout was nice. The location was great and the house seemed to have more space than we needed. The couple of issues we had were the cleanliness in the pool area I am not sure what was in the corners of the basketball area but it was black and there was a lot of it. I hope it was dust but it looked like mold. I didn't allow much play in there because of the concern of what that was. Also, it is a ton of stairs so I wouldn't recommend for the really young or physically challenged.The smaller part of the pool which looks like a hot tub was actually covered with a deck so that was a major disappointment. we were really looking forward to that.The pool is big, it wasn't super clean, could use a cleaning for sure, and we didn't love having to pay extra to heat it.Overall the stay was fine, it could be cleaner, and I felt like it was overpriced but kids had fun. Also, the hole in second story to view into basketball room, and the rapunzel window in second bedroom on main level would be a big concern for littles.

  - We're glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay but disappointed to hear your stay didn't fully meet your expectations, and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest stays and wish you had reached out during your stay. We would have promptly responded and sent the cleaning team back to the home to address your concerns. We have since confirmed that this was not mold but was heavy dust brought in on shoes, we're truly sorry that this happened during your stay.
  - We take the accuracy of our listing seriously and advertise a pool with a thermal tub. We do not have a hot tub as an amenity, and to ensure there is no confusion for our future guests we have scheduled to have a new photoshoot that reflects the thermal tub now has a deck cover. In addition, we do provide a skimmer for the pool as sometimes bugs can make their way into the pool after it has been cleaned due to the location of the property.
  - We strive to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservation.
  - We have never had this complaint before, the "hole" you referenced is a viewing window and is very high on the wall, so it presents no risk
  to small children.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  This was the perfect house for our large family with plenty to do for all age ranges. Exactly as advertised!

• Amazing Property - Make sure to add Pool Heating

  We love this place so much that we have visited this house three times! One thing I always find odd - is that the pool heating is an "extra" add-on, but the pool is "unusable if not heated." I wish they would add the $25 a day to the rate and include it. We had an issue where we thought it was added, and it was not. Thank goodness we thought to check the day before arriving, and we were able to catch it. I would hate to see someone else's trip get ruined because of this mistake. Adding the pool heating charge automatically would solve this easily.

• Very nice large home

  This house has lots of space. The pictures are accurate. Although it does have one more bed than stated in the listing - there is a bunk bed in the master, not just a twin. Good location. In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Host responded quickly to our questions. FYI - apparently what looks like a hot tub is not actually a hot tub. It is just part of the pool. We enjoyed the basketball / racquetball court. They had all the needed equipment.

  Loved the beautiful house. All enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The indoor basketball court was great....no lack of activities even on a rainy afternoon. Great location to get to Branson attractions.
