CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. The pass will be completed and sent by the Guest Contact prior to arrival. Please share a screenshot with other vehicles in your party (or you may print and share). Each car will need to show this pass at the Welcome Center for admission and receive a parking pass to hang on the rearview mirror. You must enter at the West Gate, but you are free to exit the East Gate
- Starting January 1st, park at the Welcome Center with your amenity pass to check in and receive a parking pass. The fee is $5 per car per day. The Guest Contact will send you your amenity pass prior to your arrival
- Check-in hours for the Welcome Center are Monday through Sunday from 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM. If you’re arriving outside of these hours, proceed to the Guard Shack
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is the phone number used for booking the reservation minus the area code. The door will lock automatically after 1 minute
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens in a pile
- Leave used towels on the bathroom floors
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
