Keyless entry
4/5 The keyless entry wouldnt work and the patio table was filthy. Other than that...we love Notch Estates. Ppl upstairs were very very noisy.

3/5 Pro’s: beautiful view, close to SDC, short drive to the strip! Cons: the floors were unlevel, the toilet in master bath ran all night, both toilets too low to ground, floors not sound proof and thought the upstairs neighbors were coming through the ceiling a few times, the master bathroom door would not shut, we had to screw the latch back in on the main door so it would shut completely.

- Thanks for the tip on the running toilet and the master bathroom door not shutting; these have both been fixed as of Halloween weekend.
- Additionally, the front door lock has been replaced with a new smart lock for easier entry. As far as the other issues, we appreciate the feedback.
- We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the neighbor’s noise are simply out of our control. We do wish you had reached out to us regarding this so that we could have communicated with the unit above.

4/5 It was a nice condo, great location and overall we would stay again.Only negative is the cleanliness. Although it was not "gross" it definitely could have been cleaner. Fans were covered in dust so we had to clean cleaned them. Top of the fridge, lights, pictures, lamps were pretty dusty. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen was pretty good. Mostly just very dusty.
