Wonderful property
5/5 This property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Quiet and clean neighborhood (my 3rd time to stay in properties in this complex). Balcony is perfect for listening to the birds and spending time with nature. Condo is lovely inside with modern/farmhouse decor and upscale linens. Only suggestions I have would be to add bath mats and rugs to the bathrooms and add some wine glasses in the kitchen. Check in instructions were easy to follow and no issues accessing the property. There are stairs to navigate to reach the condo - not an issue for us but a consideration if mobility is limited. I would highly recommend this stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice quiet condo, great location
5/5 Notch estates is quiet, very nice condo's that are close to everything we wanted to see and do while there. Would rent again if available when we visit.

Great property - would stay again
5/5 This was such a beautifully updated property. The views were gorgeous with late autumn fog. It was much quieter than the other properties we’ve stayed at here. The only reason that I did not give it full stars on cleanliness is because it smelled very strongly of smoke as soon as we walked in. We turned on the air purifier and it helped. The smell seemed to be coming from the master bath, probably from another unit or outside. However, it was pretty unpleasant. I messaged the property manager to let them know it wasn’t us that caused the smell but didn’t hear back. We’d love to stay here again should the opportunity arise and it remain affordable.
