New renovation, well done as a VRBO.
5/5 We stayed at 4102 46th Ave S while visiting our daughter who lives in the neighborhood. It was nice to have more space and amenities than a hotel, plus room for grandchildren to stay with us for a night or two.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient
5/5 The rental home was spotless, updated, nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. I appreciated the security system and felt comfortable and safe, as I was traveling alone. Olvin’s immediate response to my request for additional salt on the walk way between the house and the car was impressive and appreciated.This is a rental home I will definitely be coming back to.Paula

Perfect for a home base in the cities!
5/5 This was my very first VRBO rental, and it certainly set the bar high for those to follow. My 26 year olds, my son and his best friend, enjoyed sharing the room with the twin beds. We all utilized two of the three tvs.
