• Absolutely disgraceful House in disrepair. Never again!

  Toilets not working right, needed constant plunging. Gap at bottom of front door, letting bugs in. Twin bedroom had some floor baseboards missing, allowing mold and dirt, the dresser in twin bed room rickety, drawers had holes broken in them, drawers stuck. No dresser in the other two rooms. So no storage. No counter space in bathrooms. Mattress pad torn. We'll never rent from you again. House looks nice in your photos, bcz you can’t see the dirt and broken down furniture.

  Hello James, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
  - We are deeply sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay. Once we were aware of the concerns with the toilet, we immediately reached out to a plumber to fix the leak and it has been fully replaced.
  - We have not received any complaints from previous guests or the guests after your stay about a gap at the bottom of the front door but we are currently working on correcting this issue for our guests.
  - We are aware of the baseboard missing in one of the guest rooms. The home has been thoroughly inspected for mold and none has been found.
  - The dresser in the twin bedroom is a little older and we will consider your feedback on replacing it with a new one.
  - We do not offer a dresser in all of our bedrooms but there is adequate
  storage in the walk-in closet space in the master bedroom and a place for
  luggage in the other guest bedroom.
  - The bathrooms don't have large countertops but we just installed brand new medicine cabinets that are very large and have plenty of space.
  - We were unaware of the town mattress pad and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'll replace the mattress
  pad soon to enhance our guest's comfort.
  We go above and beyond for our guests and we appreciate your feedback to improve for better stays!

• Great Stay!

  We had a few issues at the beginning of our stay but the owner was so accommodating and helpful! Once everything was figured out it was perfect. The home is in the perfect location, so close to the beach. We had everything we could need and the beds were comfy too! Would highly recommend this place.

• House rental

  This rental was not what we expected it to be. We thought we were getting a lake view from pictures posted and we did not get the view. The pictures that were posted when we booked were not accurate and we notice that since our trip the pictures were updated. The rental was clean at least so we made it work while there. But for the price of this rental we feel it was over-priced. The master bedroom was upstairs and only had air conditioning in the bathroom. It was very warm upstairs during the 90 degree temps when we were there. Overall just not what we expected we were getting for the price we paid.

• Wonderful Cottage

  This cottage is awesome. Great location, great amenities and just a wonderful atmosphere. We would highly recommend.
